Crafted from 100% Australian wool, our Cowboy Hat offers a structured, premium feel with a classic silhouette designed to hold its shape and wear beautifully over time.

Measure around your head where the hat will naturally sit, just above your eyebrows and ears. If you fall between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
MATERIAL
100% Australian wool.
CARE & CLEANING
Store your hat in a cool, dry place and avoid prolonged exposure to moisture. For light dust or debris, gently brush the wool with a soft-bristled hat brush. Spot clean only with a slightly damp cloth when necessary. Do not machine wash or submerge in water.
To help maintain its shape, store the hat on a hat stand or upside down on its crown rather than resting flat on the brim.
PLEASE NOTE
Wool is a natural material, so slight variations in color and texture may occur. Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen and lighting.

Blank Hats & Hat Bands
Unused, unworn blank hats and hat bands may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
Free from stains, makeup, odors, pet hair, or other signs of wear
Returned with all original packaging and tags, if applicable
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
One-of-One & Premade Hats
Due to the unique nature of our finished hats, one-of-one designs and customized hats are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Repeatable premade designs may be eligible for return only when specifically stated on the individual product page.
Exotic & Natural Materials
Many of our hat bands and accessories are made from genuine leather, exotic skins, horsehair, feathers, and other natural materials. Variations in color, pattern, texture, markings, and appearance are natural and make each piece unique. These variations are not considered defects.
Sizing
Please review our sizing guide and measure your head before ordering. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Eligible unworn blank hats may be exchanged for another available size within the 14-day return period. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Items returned worn, damaged, altered, or otherwise not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.
Final Sale Items
Custom or personalized hats, one-of-one designs, gift cards, and any products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

All Hoboken Hat Bar orders are carefully packed to help ensure your hat arrives safely and ready to wear.
Processing Times
In-stock blank hats and hat bands typically ship within 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
Premade and made-to-order hats may require additional processing time. Estimated processing times will be noted on the individual product page when applicable.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Hat Packaging
Hats are shipped in protective packaging designed to help maintain their shape during transit. Please open your package carefully and avoid using sharp objects near the hat.
Shipping Delays
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. Hoboken Hat Bar is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
If an order has already shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, shipping box, and packaging so we can assist you.
If tracking shows that your package has been lost in transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to determine the appropriate next steps.
International Shipping
International shipping availability and rates will be displayed at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees charged by the destination country.
International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other factors outside of our control.
