We’re looking for Hat Tenders who are creative, energetic, and genuinely enjoy working with people. You do not need to know the first thing about making a hat. We’ll teach you how to shape, style, brand, burn, and bring a guest’s vision to life.
What we’re looking for are the things that are harder to teach.
YOU MIGHT BE A HAT TENDER IF...
You’re someone who can walk into a room and connect with just about anyone. You have an eye for style, enjoy creating, stay calm when things get busy, and aren’t afraid to offer an opinion when a guest asks, “What does this hat need?”
Our Hat Tenders work weddings, corporate events, private parties, pop ups, and celebrations in New York, New Jersey, and beyond. Every event is different, every guest is different, and that’s exactly what makes the job fun.
